Travel Workout #73
Back with another travel workout here from @laurenfisher. Every once in awhile the CF Games Athletes share some pretty toasty travel workouts from their time off and away from the box. Obviously, being a professional athlete, you still have to get your fitness in each and every day, so I thought this would be a good workout to include for any travel workout needs for our trips in the near future!
As it is, thanks for the post, Lauren! Let’s get down into the workout, as this is one you can truly do anywhere.
Travel Workout #73

5 Jumping Air Squats
5 Broad Jumps
Score: Time finished

This is a good workout especially if you only have about 10-minutes to get some fitness in. Lauren’s time was 2:11 when she finished this, but if you want to make it even spicier, you can make it 10-rounds of 10 jumping air squats and 10 broad jumps, or even make them burpee broad jumps if the grass around you is clean enough.
Either way, there’s never an excuse to skip a workout, since the only thing you truly need is your body, a bit of motivation and some time. As we all know, the hardest part of going to the gym is GOING to the gym. I don’t know anyone who’s ever regretted a workout afterward. Time to get up and get after it.
