Travel Workout #72
Welcome back to our Travel WOD’s section of the blog. This week we’ve got a good partner workout and icebreaker if you have a group and no access to a gym, box, or any kind of fitness equipment. Little did you know, you have all the equipment you need in your body. You are the weight, the engine, and the spark to do whatever you want in this world.
But first, pause and really take in the above quote. Take that with you wherever you go. It’s 200% true.
Travel WOD #72
With a partner:
Five Rounds Each
(both partners work at the same time)
Partner 1:
20 Plank Shoulder Taps
20 Single Leg V-Ups
20 Push-ups
Partner 2:
As many reps as possible of burpees
(switch when partner 1 finishes the round)
Score: Time finished
Movement Demos:
It’s a good workout! Try this one out, but it should take you at least 10-15 minutes and you’ll get in plenty of burpees! Good way to get up and go after it with a partner and get a bit of sweat on. No excuses to never skip a workout!
