Travel Workout 11.30.2019
Traveling for the holidays? Good. No time for excuses then. You know between work, the holidays and the food there is more of a reason than ever to stay and keep fit.
T’is the season of excess carbs and sugar, but that won’t stop you for chasing the grind, will it? Let’s get down to a workout you can do seemingly anywhere. From the hotel gym, to your home. Find some kettlebells or get some, there is never an excuse for missing a workout.

Short, sweet and to the point. That is thte beautiful thing about this workout and something that can truly be done anywhere. Did you know the average burpee burns 1 calorie? That’s not bad. Time to do a few more and no wonder they suck so bad.
The dumbbell thruster is equally vicious over time. Grab some DB’s that are lighter than you think and prepare for the worst of the worst. A full depth squat with an overhead press and right back down. This workout may take a few minutes but is something that is designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there as you work your way down.
Now, go and get some and never give in when it comes to wanting to skip that workout.
