Travel workouts are great. You can do them anywhere, anytime with nothing at all but your bodyweight and ability to move. That’s why they come in handy for when you are traveling and there is no gym to be found. Never an excuse not to workout and not to get a quick sweat in.

Here is a great workout you can do anywhere that will definitely get the whole body moving. Do this anywhere, make sure to get your chest to the deck with those push-ups, make sure to get those mountain climbers all the way out and push those air squats to full depth.
