Wisdom of the Week - "How To Do A Ring Dip."

Alright everyone...before we get started I wanted to take the time to welcome both Marc and Aimee to the VoyEdge RX team! 

They'll be joining us from CrossFit Blue Diamond out in East Longmeadow, MA where they are both coaches and of course, athletes. 

Being avid travelers themselves, they were drawn to what we were doing here at VoyEdge RX and had an idea...to help out and get others on our trips. And it just so happens I needed to start building a sales team, so welcome Marc + Aimee! Glad to have you on board! 

Now, jumping right into it...

Marc and Aimee have an incredible background in athletics. With both of them being lifetime athletes and having run everything from Tough Mudder's, to Spartan Races and more. They're serious about their fitness. 

So in the first couple conversations we had, I mentioned I'd love to do a video series on how to do simple movements like, "Dips" "pull-ups" "burpees" and more. 

Marc and Aimee jumped right on it and agreed to do a weekly video series helping newer athletes (and even seasoned ones) perfect their skills. 

That being said, CrossFit is no joke and takes a long time to develop the muscle memory needed for many of these movements. So, without further a due, I present Marc + Aimee's intro video on, "How to do a ring dip," with several scaling options.
