'Cindy-ish' - Travel WOD 12.22.2016

Ok, so a different take on a travel WOD here. Everyone is headed home for the holidays and not spending as much time at the gym, so here's another great one from Coach Larry, of Commonwealth CrossFit to do at home in your spare time. 

It's something you can easily do at home, before one of those scrumptious holiday meals and will certainly leave you sore afterwards. 

Here is 'Cindy-ish,' a 20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible). Don't forget to post your time in the comments below and stay subscribed to our travel wod's via our newsletter.

20 MINUTE AMRAP OF 

  • 5 PUSH-UPS

  • 10 SIT-UPS

  • 15 AIR SQUATS
