All this talk about double dumbbells in the open got me thinking about the hardest workout I HAVE EVER DONE.
At the Northeast Fitness Invitational this past summer, we were programmed a workout that at first glance seemed sort of fun and different, especially because I love handstand walks. I QUICKLY realized just how miserable it was (hello KB squat clean thrusters) however, a brilliantly programmed competition WOD. Talk about mental toughness.
