Fittest Travel WOD #23
"Stop wishing and start doing." - Unknown
We are back this week with another excellent workout you can do anywhere. If you know who we are at VoyEdge RX, you know that fitness is a huge part of our lives. Not just being able to sweat on a daily basis, but eating healthy, being able to perform gymnastics, and of course, an emphasis on strength is who we are at our core.
One of our primary partners in this voyage (see what we did there) is none other than Fittest Travel, who has been sharing various workouts and tips on how to become an athletic nomad. Read down below for more on Fittest Travel, or see the workout they shared this week down below.
Travel Workout #23
From Fittest Travel
For Time:
30 Handstand Push-Ups
40 Jump Squats
50 Sit-Ups
60 Squats
70 Double Unders
Up above, we have a pretty rad workout that is going to tax your upper body, lower half, and of course, the calves. If you are proficient in all these movements, feel free to double the workout into two rounds, but one should be enough for you to get a workout in just about anywhere.
As it is, the handstand push-ups should be partitioned into something manageable in sets of five or three, and then the jump squats should always have en emphasis on quality over quantity. Jump right into the sit-ups, squats with an even keel, and finish off the workout with 70 double unders to light those calves on fire.

About Fittest Travel
It's tough to stay fit while traveling.
It doesn't matter what kind of fitness routine you have at home. Everything is up in the air when you're in airports, hotels, conferences, meetings, sightseeing or visiting friends and family.
To make matters even worse, most hotels do not have gyms – at least not legit ones. This doesn't mean that you have to put your fitness on hold when you travel.
In fact, it's the perfect time to get in great shape. You just need the right info.
Our Mission
Fittest Travel was started with one mission: to help you stay fit while traveling.
Our Philosophy
Traveling is incredible. Whether it's for business or for pleasure, having the opportunity to see the world can be amazing. Many travelers struggle with maintaining a fitness routine when they're away from home. The reality is that traveling and fitness are a perfect combination for physical and mental health.
Hotels have been upping their fitness game in recent years, with many offering new and innovative ways to help their guests stay fit and healthy. But you can't always rely on there being a gym around when you're away from home.
Stick with us and we'll show you how you can stay fit while traveling. We're covering everything travelers need to know about fitness - from hotel gyms to hotel room workouts.
