Workout of the Week - Sunday Funday

Sunday workouts are always a fun way to get the new week off to a good start. With that said, this week was not that.

Wall Walks

40 wall walks. I don’t think I really need to say much more than that. I tried to do “sets” of 2 on wall walks to keep going, but there was quite a bit of time lying on my stomach in a pool of sweat. They are also 85% of the workout. 

Not sure how or why I came up with this workout but I do know what my PR time for it will forever be.
