Traveling, or being stuck inside during a snow storm is snow excuse (see what I did there?) to not keep your fitness levels up to par. If you're a fitness freak, need to get your swell (or just sweat) on, then you just may have a pull-up bar in your house.

It may not always be used, but is a clutch move to have when you are stuck at home and want to get a good workout in. As it is, I am writing this blog as we have about 15 inches of snow, and apparently what's called a, 'Bomb Cyclone,' headed our way with negative temperatures....definitely making me hesitate anting to head to the gym later.

But, that's what Fittest Travel is here for. They are always crafting awesome at-home workouts, blogs, and more on some of MY favorite subjects, and they have allowed us to repost their workouts (one each Friday) so keep checking back for more from them.

Anyways, let's get to the workout you can do at home if you have a pull-up bar hand.

FITTEST TRAVEL WOD #13

WOD #13

Need help with pull-ups? We got you covered.

I really love Fittest Travel because of the simplicity of their workout regiment and live all about living and being well-traveled. Fitness is one of the most essential things in the world (to me) and I hope many others. It requires a sort of persistence and routine you just can't find in a lot of other things that are as important to your health. Not to mention, they keep it simple and more importantly functional. Your fitness is a huge asset your life, and it should directly relate to being functional on a daily basis.

Check back every Friday for a new travel WOD from our good friends @FittestTravel.

Our Mission

Fittest Travel was started by Chris Castellano in 2016 to help you stay fit while traveling.

Our Philosophy

Keep it simple.

You can't always rely on there being a gym around when you're away from home. Be self-reliant. Use your bodyweight. Workout in your hotel room. Workout anywhere.

It doesn't have to be a struggle. We believe that travel + fitness = happiness.
