Fittest Travel is back this week with another awesome workout you can do anywhere. I've been following their blog for a long time now (and so should you), but they are 100% worth a follow on both Instagram and Twitter.

It's tough to stay fit while traveling.
It doesn't matter what kind of fitness routine you have at home. Everything is up in the air when you're in airports, hotels, conferences, meetings, sightseeing or visiting friends and family. To make matters even worse, most hotels do not have gyms – at least not legit ones. This doesn't mean that you have to put your fitness on hold when you travel. In fact, it's the perfect time to get in great shape. You just need the right info.

For Time:
30 Handstand Pushups
40 Jump squats
50 Sit-ups
60 Squats
70 Double unders
